Sam is an obvious first signing for us. He has been so instrumental in building this team and has led from the front since the beginning. He is someone that I trust with my life and all the players would agree with me. Asking Sam to be the captain for a third year in a row was the easiest decision I’ve had to make in a long while. Sam is more than a captain, he is part of the very foundation of the Rising Stars.
