The Oxford Rising Stars have finished their debut season in NIHL 2.

The team’s goal is to nurture players and connect the Junior Club (Oxford Junior Stars) with the Senior Club (Oxford City Stars). This has been lacking in Oxford’s Ice Hockey setup, causing younger players to leave for other teams to gain experience at higher levels. The Rising Stars aim to keep these players within the Oxford system and give them the experience that is required to take a step up into the higher league.
